Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a BIM Manager to join a specialist BIM consultancy, in a contract role. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our clients London office, 3 days a week.

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects within the building services sector.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from 35- 45 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead QA checking of drawings before issue to ensure accuracy and compliance.

-Manage the TIDP and drawing tracker across active projects.

-Link internal models with EDMS systems throughout the project lifecycle.

-Review drawings against updated designs, flag changes, and coordinate updates.

-Ensure BIM deliverables meet required LOD/LOI standards and project protocols.

What we are looking for:

-Experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator, ideally in MEP or digital construction.

-Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.

-Skilled in managing QA processes, TIDPs, and drawing trackers on large projects.

-Familiar with EDMS platforms like Aconex, Viewpoint, or Asite.
