The Role
You ll be responsible for producing high-quality, persuasive bids, tenders, and proposals that showcase the company s capabilities and help win new business. Working closely with technical teams and senior management, you ll turn complex information into clear, compelling submissions - supporting the business s ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and coordinate professional bids, proposals, and tender documents
- Identify and manage opportunities through public procurement portals
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather and refine bid content
- Tailor proposals to specific client requirements and project scopes
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a central library of standard responses and supporting documents
- Support the creation of case studies and marketing content
- Review and refine bid processes to improve success rates
About You
- 2 3 years experience in bid writing, proposals, or tender coordination, ideally within construction, utilities, or energy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to present complex ideas simply
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Confident working to tight deadlines and across multiple projects
- Familiarity with public and private sector tender processes
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
