Assistant Quantity Surveyor London, England £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Drainage and Earthworks team on a Major Rail Framework in their London office on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK. Responsibilities: Supporting the Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages. Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract. Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery. Requirements: Experience working as either an Trainee Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies. Experience in Civils/ Rail is adventurous. Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors. Package - All in and flexible depending on Experience!
