We re Hiring: Site Agents Rail Framework projects

We are currently seeking experienced Site Agents to join our team for upcoming works on rail framework across Kent, surrey and Sussex .

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile rail infrastructure projects across the UK, contributing to the successful delivery of key enhancements and maintenance programmes.

Role Overview: As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of rail infrastructure works, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met. You ll play a critical role in leading site teams and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent (or equivalent role) on rail projects

• Strong working knowledge of Network Rail standards and safety procedures

• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• SMSTS, PTS, and other relevant rail certifications (desirable)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
