Senior Planning Analyst

A successful Senior Planning Analyst should have:

• Experience working in or with the higher education sector.
• Work with data relating to:
  • HESA
  • HESES
  • OFS returns
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in using data visualisation tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ensure confidence in the University's statutory reporting processes.
• Assist in reviewing coding structures, classifications and data quality practices.
• Support continuous improvement across assurance and governance activities.
• Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
