Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Daily Rate: 95- 110 Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm) Location: Croydon, South London

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

• Support learners aged 9-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Work within small class groups of 8-10 pupils alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.
• Deliver personalised support, foster trust, and help create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to help each student thrive.
• Assist with personal care and swimming sessions when required.
