We are seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a residential construction project in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification.

• Lead and work alongside trades on-site, maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.

• Enforce health & safety compliance at all times.

• Report progress to the project manager and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on residential projects.

• Hands-on construction/trades background.

• Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable).

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
