Ideal requirements for the role include:

• A keen interest in construction and a passion for the built environment

• Currently studying towards or already holding a relevant qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills

• Confident communication and the ability to build strong working relationships

• Good IT literacy and organisational skills

• A positive, proactive mindset and desire to progress within a structured team

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting senior estimators in the preparation of tenders and pricing packages

• Reviewing drawings and specifications to support accurate cost planning

• Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

• Supporting the wider commercial team with document control and cost analysis

• Gaining exposure to high-profile commercial interiors projects across London
