Technical Contract ManagerMoorgate, City of London £75,000 - £85,000Excellent opportunity for a Technical Contract Manager to join our client on a flagship site in the City of London. This is a great role if you're looking to work within a client facing role, expand your leadership and management skills and join large, established building service provider. You'll be managing a team of M&E engineers, manage a multi-million pound portfolio, overseeing and control the profit and loss (P&L), works in progress, manage client expectations, scope out additional works, manage KPIs and SLAs and ensure stability within the contract being ran.Technical Contract Manager Duties:
- Reporting to Account Director
- Running Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Managing KPI and SLA's.
- Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
- Attending client meetings
- Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works
- Recruitment
- Develop staff, annual appraisals etc
- Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues
- Reports
- Winning and managing additional business opportunities
- Responsible for the permit system.
- Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.
- Technically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVAC
- Experience in managing contracts / maintenance teams
- Personable and good people skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
