Site Manager - City of London (4-Month Contract)
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an immediate start on a prestigious high-spec commercial project located in the City of London valued at 900k.
The project also involves work on a Grade II listed building, so a strong understanding and experience as a Site Manager on heritage construction sites and meticulous attention to detail are essential to be successful in this role.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential
- Black CSCS Card - Essential
- First Aid at Work Certificate - Essential
- Proven experience managing high-end commercial fitouts or Grade II listed buildings.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and company procedures
Location: Central London - City of London
Contract Length: 4 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 250- 280 (dependent on experience)
