Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Site Manager with a steel work back ground to work on a steel work install & refurbishment projects located in Central London.We are ideally looking for applicants that are experienced and familiar with working for Tier One steel erection companies with experience with high rise buildings.Hours: 07:30am till 18:00pm (10hrs paid)Requirements/Experience:

• SMSTS / Black CSCS
• Computer literate
• Previous steel erecting experience desired but not mandatory
• Coordinating the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Organizing site logistics, including deliveries and equipment.
• Reviewing plans and specifications with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
• Developing and managing the project schedule and budget.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
• Managing resources and materials effectively.
• Solving problems and resolving any issues that arise on-site.
• Leading and supervising the on-site team, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
