About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and fit-out projects, initially based in London for the first six months, with a transition to nationwide travel thereafter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-profile retail projects, including Sainsbury s sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
- Problem-solve and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel nationwide after the initial London-based period.
- Sainsbury s project experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
