Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Act as the deputy to the Commercial Director on a high-profile commercial scheme
- Manage all commercial aspects of the MEP Shell & Core package procurement, valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
- Work collaboratively with the wider project team, subcontractors, consultants, and client-side teams
- Oversee subcontractor accounts and ensure effective cost control and cash flow forecasting
- Assist in risk identification, value engineering, and change management processes
- Prepare and present regular commercial reports to senior management
- Be a visible and active presence on site throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 6+ years experience in Quantity Surveying roles, with a strong MEP focus
- Demonstrable experience delivering Shell & Core MEP packages on large-scale commercial developments (ideally London-based)
- Confident managing subcontractor accounts and leading commercial negotiations
- Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contract forms
- Proficient in commercial reporting and contract administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Must be willing to work as part of the site team and be based on-site full time
- Salary starting from £70,000, negotiable based on experience
