Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a commercial scheme in Central London.

Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to 100million+.

Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 + package (dependant on experience)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Central London

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Providing commercial support to project team and maintaining commercial information.
• Monitoring and measuring budget and preparing final accounts.
• Identifying hazards that could affect the project.
• Managing applications for payment from subcontractors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Main contractor experience.
• Worked on schemes from 80million+ as Lead Quantity Surveyor.
