Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: London, UK Salary: 85,000 - 100,000 + Package (Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare) About Us: Our are a leading London-based construction contractor specialising in high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex refurbishment and fit-out schemes across Greater London.

Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, liaise with clients and consultants, manage subcontractors, and oversee site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects ( 10m - 40m in value).
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project programmes, logistics plans, and site set-up.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and report to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years' proven experience delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects in the UK construction sector.
• Strong track record in managing projects in live environments and complex logistical conditions.
• Experience working with both traditional and design & build contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement.
• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• SMSTS, CSCS Black/Platinum card, and First Aid qualified.
