A leading consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Cost Consultant to join its busy London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chartered surveyor to take a lead role in delivering commercial and residential projects, with the autonomy to manage clients and support junior staff.

You will be responsible for all aspects of cost consultancy services across the project lifecycle, from feasibility through to final account. You'll play an important role in client engagement and the commercial success of your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost planning, procurement, and post-contract cost management
• Deliver accurate estimates and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on cost issues
• Supervise junior staff and support their professional development
• Contribute to fee proposals, project wins, and internal initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• MRICS qualified
• Proven consultancy experience delivering projects in relevant sectors
• Strong commercial and client-facing abilities
• Comfortable running multiple projects concurrently
• Good knowledge of contracts (JCT/NEC) and procurement strategies
