Senior Construction Project Manager

A small-medium-size multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a thriving, diverse and growing team needs a Senior Project Manager to help meet its growing workload.

The Senior Construction Project Manager role

The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will work across a wide variety of residential projects including new build, high rise, later living, co-living, Build to rent, purpose-built student accommodation and more. Clients are mainly private funders and developers.

Project values are typically between 30m and 100m with some emphasis on pre-contract but there is a good balance. The work is fast-paced and varied.

Like all employees, you will assist where possible with business development, being actively encouraged to help in forging new relationships.

The Senior Construction Project Manager:

You will bring solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow:

  • Minimum 4 years Construction Project Management experience
  • Experience within the residential sector is preferred
  • Strong communicator with client facing skills
  • A genuine team player
  • Organised and energetic
