Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Salary: ( 45KPer Annum) Shifts : Days Shift (7AM to 4PM or 9AM to 6PM)

My client, a leading FM contractor, is seeking a proactive and skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team at a prestigious site. This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of essential systems and delivering a first-class service to their client.

• Up to 45,000 Per Annum
• Mon to Fri
• 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holiday

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
• Carry out safe isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Organizing, liaising with, and escorting subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or Mechanical Engineering - C&G or NVQ or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years experience prior within commercial maintenance
• Client facing attitude
• Minimum of 17th Edition / 18th Edition is desirable
