I am currently recruiting for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor who specialise in building within the commercial, education and residential sectors within London & the home counties.

The project is a 8 million hotel refurbishment of an existing hotel in Mayfair. Works include new ceilings, doors, plastering refit and carpentry works.

Key duties will be - leading on all re measuring works of existing and new packages, collating & tracking information on to Fieldwire, producing weekly reports and payment applications. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate initially with a view to going permanent with a basic salary plus package with the position looking to start ASAP. If you are interested in hearing more on this role, please let me know the best number to contact you.
