A leading international, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office.

With over 150 professionals based in the capital, this is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established Public Sector team delivering a wide range of complex and high-profile projects.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of an award-winning team delivering projects across government estates, commercial offices, heritage refurbishments, and major residential schemes. Project values typically range from 1m up to 300m, offering the successful Quantity Surveyor exposure to some of the most prestigious and challenging developments in the UK.

The role offers excellent support towards Chartership (MRICS), structured progression opportunities, and flexible hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in office).

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Good Pre and Post Contract experience
  • Public sector experience / the desire to work in this area
  • Ideally MRICS (but not essential)
  • Strong communication & client facing skills
