The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take a lead role in delivering high-end schemes valued between 1m and 30m - from elegant private homes and penthouses to boutique hotels and exclusive commercial spaces. Working closely with Associates and Directors, you'll manage both pre and post-contract duties while developing client relationships and refining your expertise in prime residential.

You'll join a close-knit team of 10 Quantity Surveyors (within a 32-person practice), offering real project ownership, variety, and a clear path to progression.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Previous experience working on high-end residential projects / a passion for the sector
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally (or other RICS accredited degree)
