Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) Card.
  • Previous experience in cable pulling or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.

Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:

  • Reporting to the site supervisor for daily briefings and task assignments.
  • Pulling cables and delivering materials as per project needs.
  • Clearing trackbeds and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Working an 8-hour shift while being compensated for 10 hours of pay.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
