In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from initial enquiry to handover. The position is split between site-based work (around 60%) and office-based planning (around 40%), with travel across London to multiple healthcare sites. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, leading on-site teams, coordinating surveys, and ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a construction or healthcare background, looking to progress within a rapidly expanding, people-focused company.

The Role:

Full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery at all stages

Define and document project essentials: scope, timescales, resources, budgets, risks, opportunities, and quality benchmarks

Lead and chair multi-disciplinary client and stakeholder meetings

Collaborate with commercial teams on cost control, scheduling, and procurement

Oversee technical commissioning alongside NHS Trust partners and design specialists

Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate project risks

The Person:

Project Manager or similar, with a background in Healthcare

Based within a commutable distance of Lambeth
