An established Project and Cost Management Consultancy in London is seeking to hire an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be working in within a variety of sectors including Hotels, Leisure, Commercial and Residential, on projects ranging from 10m - 200m.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project's full life cycle from inception through to completion in accordance with the client's business practises and protocols. Working with JCT and NEC contracts for a variety of clients.

Project Manager Requirements

  • Degree level qualification in Construction, or a similar construction related subject (Desirable).
  • Working towards APM or RICS.
  • Project Management, consultancy experience.
  • Ideally worked in both JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience of working within the Hotels, Leisure, Commercial and Residential sector.
  • Employers agent experience or contract administration knowledge.
  • Previous project delivery experience.
  • Willing to take on future business development role.
