An established construction consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver high-profile commercial and residential schemes across the capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys managing diverse projects from concept to completion and working within a collaborative team.

The Project Manager will be involved in a number of fast-paced schemes ranging from 5m- 50m in value. The Project Manager will ideally have experience with both pre- and post-contract duties and will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring cost, quality, and time objectives are achieved. Duties will include contract administration, stakeholder liaison, programme monitoring, and reporting.

The Project Manager
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related subject

  • Ideally working towards or holding chartership (RICS/APM/CIOB)

  • Minimum 4 years' UK consultancy experience

  • Confident in managing multiple projects

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
