Job Title: Painter - West End, London (W1J)

Location: West End, London (W1J) Pay Rate: Competitive - dependent on experience Start Date: Immediate

Description: We are currently seeking experienced Painters to work on a project in the West End of London (W1J area). The successful candidates will have a strong background in high-quality internal and external painting and decorating, with an excellent eye for detail.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, priming)

  • Applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to a high standard

  • Ensuring all work meets site and safety regulations

  • Working as part of a professional team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Painter in a construction or refurbishment setting

  • Own tools and PPE

  • Valid CSCS card preferred

  • Ability to work to high standards and within set timeframes

Liaising with project surveyor to assist the PM with the monthly PFR report.- Quality control.- Risk control (programme and commercial)Qualifications/Skills:- HNC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar.- CSCS/IOSH/SMSTS.- Experience of working at a senior level on M&E commercial projects, as well as ideally having had responsibility for full contract management.- Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.- Be aware of health and safety requirements and the continual assessment/control of risk.- To actively contribute to the team (internal and client team).
