MEP Project Planner Opportunity - Flagship Commercial Project - Central London

MK Search are excited to be working closely with a tier 1 MEP Contractor with a turnover of c. 400m who are looking to engage with an experienced MEP Project Planner to join a flagship 150m commercial project in Central London. The project is going to site and will be entering delivery phases in March, expected to last until late 2026.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, management, and monitoring of detailed project schedules.
• Oversee MEP planning, ensuring flawless integration into the overall programme.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align all construction activities.
• Conduct critical path analyses and identify opportunities for programme optimization.
• Provide clear, data-driven reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Anticipate potential delays and risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Champion best practices in planning and resource allocation to drive efficiency.

This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and well establiehed contractor who have recently won a variety of projects in the UK and abroad.
