MEP Project Manager

Location: New Bond Street, London Rate: 350 to 450 per day Runs to: August 2026 Scope: Shell and core with fit out Status: Order imminent

MEP PM with mechanical bias and strong electrical understanding to integrate landlord and tenant systems on a flagship West End address.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP coordination across packages and interfaces

• Control programme, QA, change and cost with accurate reporting

• Deliver commissioning to clean witness including BMS and life-safety interfaces

Requirements

• MEP PM background across shell and core and fit out

• Strong technical knowledge and client-facing communication

• CSCS and SMSTS
