Calling all MEP Project Managers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a well-established construction company, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis, around the London area, as a part of a roaming role, with no set location. Within this role, you will be supporting the delivery teams on projects, such as Union Park and Alliance Park, as an active member of a skilled and motivated team.

-Competitive salary ranging from 80,000- 90,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

-Provide on-going support to delivery teams on several live projects, like Union Park and Alliance Park.

-Manage the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages, from design and planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover.

-Keep track of programme, budget, and quality, whilst also managing risk, to ensure the project is following specifications and regulations.

-Support and promote the MEP subcontractors' performance, ensuring health and safety standards are being followed.

-Provide additional support to commercial teams with change management, procurement, and cost control.

-Manage the delivery of complex, high-specification projects across a variety of sectors, including data centres.

What We Are Looking For:

-Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, is ideal

-Extensive MEP project management experience on high-security and/or large-scale projects.

-Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.

-Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a problem-solving mindset.

-Understanding of CDM regulations and MEP commissioning processes.
