About the role of Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

In this position you will be working with an M&E subcontractor, covering the refurbishment and extension of numerous secondary schools & sixth forms across the London area.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

• Oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance plan.
• Review inspection results and ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet reliability targets.
• Coordinate the deployment of labour, parts, and equipment resources.
• Manage the mechanical team by focusing on productivity, motivation, and discipline.
• Monitor the performance of staff and contractors to ensure tasks are executed as planned.
• Supervise preventative maintenance inspections to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements for Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

• Strong experience working in a similar position
• Ideally strong on both M&E but from a mechanically biased background
• Experience of working on large scale commercial OR retail projects
