Mechanical Project Manager Renewable & Decarbonisation Projects London £70,000 - £80,000 + Travel + Bonus + Holidays A newly established Mechanical contractor specialising in the renewable and decarbonisation sector is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take the lead on a flagship project in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the start of its journey offering a clear path to Operations Manager as the company grows. The Opportunity:

• Take full responsibility for a £2.4 million infrastructure upgrade project near Bond Street, delivering a full chiller and boiler replacement with Water Source and Air Source Heat Pumps
• Work directly with the client and stakeholders, managing the project end-to-end
• Oversee subcontractors, manage health & safety, QA, progress and programme
• Ensure high standards of delivery, reporting and client communication throughout
• Contribute to the growth of the business and shape its project delivery approach
• Long-term opportunity to progress into senior management as the company expands

What You ll Need:

• Proven experience delivering mechanical projects in a client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems, ideally including heat pumps
• Confident managing projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership with director-level support
• Positive attitude and desire to grow with an ambitious new business
