About the role of Mechanical Project Manager

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor on a large scale project in Central London. In this position you will oversee, manage, and coordinate the controlled and successful delivery of a large scale project.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Project Manager

  • Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations.
  • Organising labour.
  • Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Procurement of plant, materials & labour

Requirements for Mechanical Project Manager

  • Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge.
  • Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
