M&E Project Manager

Salary Range: 70,000 - 75,000 per annum

Start Date: March 2025Interviews: Taking place from November to Christmas 2024

We are seeking a skilled M&E Project Manager to join our dynamic team, acting as the vital link between installation and Contract Managers. This role is ideal for someone capable of leading teams, managing project packages, and with a strong commercial focus-particularly in relation to financial management, processes, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate M&E project teams from initiation through to completion.
  • Oversee the delivery of project packages, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness, managing project finances, including budget forecasting and cost control.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Project Details:

  • Location: St John's Wood, London - Value: 6MA prestigious care home development, including high-end residential units on the top floors.

Additional Details:For the first two months, the successful candidate will be required to work from our Essex office before transitioning full-time to the project site in St John's Wood, London.
