Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee welfare facilities, temporary infrastructure, hoarding, and signage.
  • Drive compliance with all HSE, security, and quality standards on site.
  • Liaise with internal teams (MEP, Civil, Structural, Fit-out) and external stakeholders including suppliers and local authorities.
  • Track KPIs, maintain accurate logistics records, and report regularly to project leadership.
  • Embed digital tools (e.g., BIM for logistics, RFID tracking, delivery scheduling systems) where applicable.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction logistics, ideally in a lead or senior role on major project.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate large teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of site safety practices, CDM regulations, and traffic management protocols.
  • CSCS card and relevant health and safety qualifications (SMSTS/NEBOSH preferred).

Desirable

  • Previous experience in Data Centre projects
  • Familiarity with modern methods of construction and digital logistics tools (e.g., BIM for logistics)

Benefits:

  • Competitive remuneration package.
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking company.
  • Strong pipeline of work.
  • Long term stability and progression.
  • Sociable and hard-working team.
