Job Title: Lead Commissioning EngineerLocation: London and surrounding counties Salary/Benefits: 25K - 55K DOE + Training & BenefitsOur client is looking for a skilful Lead Commissioning Engineer in the Water / HVAC Commissioning Industry. Applicants must hold the CSA grade 3 or higher and be ambitious to undertake various water and HVAC system commissioning, clean room set up, and secondary air balancing. You will need experience as you will be travelling to various client sites around London and Home Counties. Liaising with project surveyor to assist the PM with the monthly PFR report.- Quality control.- Risk control (programme and commercial)Qualifications/Skills:- HNC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar.- CSCS/IOSH/SMSTS.- Experience of working at a senior level on M&E commercial projects, as well as ideally having had responsibility for full contract management.- Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.- Be aware of health and safety requirements and the continual assessment/control of risk.- To actively contribute to the team (internal and client team).
