Our client is a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the commercial, heritage, cultural, and residential sectors. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and complex delivery, they operate predominantly in Central London with a portfolio of prestigious schemes. They are now seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team, supporting multiple live projects and driving best practice across the business. Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing health and safety across multiple sites
- Conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Supporting project teams with RAMS, site inductions, and toolbox talks
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and current legislation
- Advising site teams and senior management on all health and safety matters
- Promoting a positive safety culture across all levels of the business
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum)
- Experience working for a main contractor on high-spec construction or fit-out projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to influence and lead H&S standards on-site and in the office
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations
