Job Title: Handy Person / Multitrader Operative Central London Location: Central London Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing Site Works) Start Date: Immediate Hours: Up to 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (07:3016:30) Pay: 20/hour (Umbrella or CIS) We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Handyperson / Multitrader Operative for ongoing work on a busy construction site in Central London. This is a hands-on role requiring someone self-sufficient, adaptable, and site-experienced. Key Duties Will Include: Installing and maintaining temporary site protection (hoarding, floor protection, edge protection) Boxing out, basic carpentry, and general fixings Hanging or updating site signage and safety notices Minor snagging and touch-up works Keeping access routes clean and clear Assembling/moving furniture or site equipment Basic repairs and maintenance in welfare units or cabins Assisting with material deliveries and handling Liaising with site management and logistics to complete daily tasks efficiently Requirements: Valid CSCS card Essential Previous experience in a similar site-based role Own tools required: cordless drill, multi-tool, basic hand tools Must have full PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis, gloves, safety glasses) Must be confident working independently and using own initiative Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
