Electrician - JIB gold card, 27 ph, start 13/10/2025

Location: Mile End (primary), with occasional work in Whitechapel & Barbican Start Date: 13th October 2025 Duration: 2-3 weeks Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (no paid lunch break) Rate: 27/hour

Role: We are looking for a qualified Gold Card Electrician to assist with general commercial building maintenance in Mile End, with occasional work at Whitechapel and Barbican. This role will involve:

• Carrying out general maintenance electrical work.
• Performing basic testing if required (no formal inspections or sign-off responsibilities).
• Assisting with emergency lighting repairs and reactive works as needed.
• Working safely and efficiently across multiple sites as requested.

Requirements:

• Gold ECS / JIB card mandatory.
• Must have own tools.
• Basic understanding of testing equipment and procedures.
• Able to work across multiple London sites when needed.
• Experience in commercial maintenance preferred.
