A Electrical Project Manager is required for a company based in Liverpool Street Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Electrical Project Manager for a M&E Sub contractor with a turnover of 70m who have recently won a number of commercial Fit Outs projects. The project is a 7m commercial fit out based in Central London.

Your Duites as the Electrical Project Manager

• Manage Full electrical installations and refurbishments of offices ranging from 1m - 10m
• Overseeing the Electrical Design and reverting back to the Electrical team
• Defined work schedules, prepared estimates of materials requirements, managed procurement.
• To manage a Full Electrrical install from start to completion.
• Maintained coordination with all sub-contractors and main contractor
• Liaised with all other trades.
• Conducted review meeting,
• Day to Day organising of the Project, assigning tasks to the supervisors.
• Managing Technical Submittals.

The pay for the Electrical Project Manager position will be 80k - 85k + package including bonus if targets are met.
