Targeting BREEAM Excellent, this flagship retrofit sets new benchmarks for sustainability, design, and carbon savings in the capital.Main Responsibilities:As our Document Controller, you'll ensure the lifeblood of our projects-documentation-is organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. You'll create efficient filing systems, manage trackers, update information via platforms like 4Projects, and assist with critical deliverables such as Health & Safety Files. This role also involves providing training, raising orders, and supporting the smooth running of our project offices.We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience working with 4 Projects
  • Ideally worked for a Main contractor in the building sector
  • Experience working with handover of projects.
  • MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience working with an engineering or construction company
  • Strong administration skills
  • Fast and accurate IT skills
