Please note this is a hybrid model of work- 3 days in the office and 2 days at homeRole Overview - Design ManagerThe Design Manager will support the Design Engineering Manager throughout the full project lifecycle, from early opportunity and pre-construction stages through to practical completion and soft landings. This role involves close collaboration with Design Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to monitor and coordinate the delivery of design outputs across RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5. Key responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, developing package listings or Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs), and structuring programmes using Primavera P6.
