Contracts Manager - Luxury Fit-Out £95k-£100k salary plus full package including travel allowance, pension & private healthcare Central London The Company Our client is an award-winning luxury fit-out contractor delivering some of the most prestigious projects in London's most sought-after locations. Over the last five years, they have seen exceptional growth, working on high-profile schemes across retail, hospitality, and stadia, and are now firmly established as a go-to name in the market. Their portfolio includes super-prime residential developments, five-star hotel fit-outs, sports stadiums, Michelin-starred restaurants, premium retail, museums, and more. They predominantly work for high-net-worth clients, creating some of the most exceptional spaces in the sector. Due to their continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-value projects, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and client satisfaction. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing several luxury fit-out projects simultaneously, managing teams, budgets, programmes, and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met and exceeded across sites.
  • Oversee and manage budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting.
  • Liaise closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure alignment at every stage.
  • Review programmes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the luxury fit-out sector.
  • Experience delivering high-end retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.

Liaising with project surveyor to assist the PM with the monthly PFR report.- Quality control.- Risk control (programme and commercial)Qualifications/Skills:- HNC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar.- CSCS/IOSH/SMSTS.- Experience of working at a senior level on M&E commercial projects, as well as ideally having had responsibility for full contract management.- Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.- Be aware of health and safety requirements and the continual assessment/control of risk.- To actively contribute to the team (internal and client team).
