At Carriera, we're working with a highly respected, employee-owned built asset consultancy that is seeking an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their successful and growing team in Bristol.

The Role:

  • Deliver a variety of building surveying services, with a focus on technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, giving you flexibility to split your time between home and the office.
  • Salary dependent on experience (DOE) to reflect your skills and track record.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline) and MRICS status.
  • Proven technical delivery experience and strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Project management expertise and consultancy background.
  • Client-facing skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
