This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop their career with one of the leading names in the interiors space. Performance Objectives:

• You'll work closely with the commercial team to support the delivery of fit-out projects valued between 3m and 20m.
• This position offers excellent exposure to fast-paced, technically interesting schemes with the backing of a supportive and experienced team.
• Assist in preparing valuations, cost reports, and subcontractor packages
• Support with contract administration and change management
• Track and monitor project costs to ensure accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support smooth commercial delivery
• Ensure adherence to commercial processes throughout the project lifecycle

Person Specification:

• HND or degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role (ideally within interiors or fit-out)
• Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills
• Proactive communicator who enjoys working in a team
• Enthusiastic and eager to progress within a dynamic environment
