Job Title: Middleweight Designer (or Ambitious Junior) Location: Central London (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, boutique London-based design studio that specialises in creating exceptional experiences for luxury-oriented brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a Middleweight Designer or a strong Junior Designer ready to take the next step in their career.

The studio works across a broad range of creative outputs - from packaging and pop-ups to immersive brand experiences and permanent installations - and is known for delivering thoughtful, high-impact work.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Central London, offering the opportunity to work onsite three days a week, with the flexibility of working remotely for two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and present high-quality conceptual designs
  • Produce accurate, scale 3D renders (ideally using 3DSMAX)
  • Collaborate closely with 3D designers, CAD technicians, and creative leads
  • Translate brand values into engaging and effective physical design experiences
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a design agency or similar creative environment (ambitious juniors with strong portfolios will be considered)
  • Excellent creative and conceptual design skills, with a strong eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in 3DSMAX is highly desirable, though not essential for the right candidate
  • A basic understanding of manufacturing techniques and spatial or product design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Animation and GIF creation experience is a plus
