Title: Garment Technologist - (Contract) Contract Dates: ASAP to 22/12/2025

Rate: 275 per day - Umbrella

Location: Fully site-based in London

Role Overview:

Our client is is seeking a Product/Garment Technologist - Soft Accessories, with strong expertise in garments, woven and knitwear. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality and consistency from concept through to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PLM admin, fit comments, and size charts.
• Review construction and product risks with vendors; communicate findings cross-functionally.
• Identify cost engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate seasonal fit meetings aligned with critical path.
• Communicate fit evaluations and amendments to vendors.
• Oversee testing processes with external test houses.
• Manage blocks and construction quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs and safety regulations.

Ideal Profile:

• 3+ years in apparel or soft accessories.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
• Experience in pattern making and grading.
• Solid understanding of raw materials and testing.
• Proficient in PLM systems and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator.
