About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our hub and providing an excellent experience for visitors and members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and supporting visitors
  • Issuing fobs and security cards
  • Managing room bookings and layouts
  • Handling communal inboxes and mail
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable hub
  • Conducting daily safety and security checks
  • Liaising with building reception and security
  • Managing supplies and suppliers (coffee, milk, fruit, etc.)
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Acting as first aid and fire safety point of contact

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing physical office spaces and visitors
  • Strong administrative and finance skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Nexudus experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
