About the Role:

In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate public records, filing statutory documents, and advising directors of group companies on their legal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the group's public records by completing and filing statutory documents such as annual confirmation statements, board resolutions, and director appointments/resignations for all group companies.
• Provide expert advice to directors of group companies on their duties under the Companies Act, Articles of Association, and other relevant regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to uphold best practices in corporate governance, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and contractual requirements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience advising senior stakeholders and managing statutory obligations within a corporate environment.
