Our client, a respected building services consultancy based in central London, is looking for a talented individual to join their growing team - with the flexibility to work from home three days a week. With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for someone who is technically strong, people-focused, and eager to keep learning. What you'll be doing: Leading the mechanical design on projects, from concept to delivery. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture. Liaising directly with clients, architects, and project teams. What they're looking for: Strong experience in building services mechanical design (preferably within the UK). Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects. Strong CP1 Guide knowledge (essential). A proactive communicator who enjoys working with clients and colleagues alike. Someone who is always looking to improve - technically and professionally. CEng or working toward chartership is a plus.
