Mobile Maintenance Supervisor London £50,000 We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to cover commercial buildings across London/M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Engineer/Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities:
  • Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
  • Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
  • Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
  • Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
  • Supporting the wider building services team as required.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance.
  • Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.
  • Professional, personable, and career-driven.
Salary & Benefits:
  • £50,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
  • 20 days holiday
